Workforce Development
The Foundation operates a training facility (the School) that focuses on supporting talented students in the development of specialized essential skills that will prepare them for careers in the national security field in both the government and the commercial sectors.
The School trains students in the fundamentals of structured analysis, critical thinking, cognitive and influence operations, basics of operational tradecraft, critical foreign languages, and other modalities aligned with and tuned into the current U.S. government and private sector demand for the 21st century national security professionals.
The training is based on the most advanced technologies combined with the world-class expertise of hands-on analysts and operators.
We train students on one of the best analytical platforms in the world – Palantir – who is the Foundation’s strategic partner.
All students receive mandatory immersive training in the key strategic foreign languages to make them more efficient as future professionals.
Special physical and psychological training, as well as advanced personal skills development are also integral parts of the curriculum.
All students receive mentorship from trainers, instructors and partners to help them achieve their potential. This serves to establish lasting professional relationships that will advance the individual career development and create exciting employment opportunities.
Our training programs are also offered to U.S. government agencies.
